YE TUMI ACADEMY ~ PBS NewsHour: Trump & ‘populist’ groups in Europe

“Trump’s first days & the continued rise of ‘populist’ groups in Europe”

This is not new from England to Scandinavia to France to Russia and elsewhere but I could see why there is “A Trump effect” as they have chronicled in this episode.

See the last 15 minute  segment of the show.

“Populismpolitical program or movement that champions the common person, usually by favourable contrast with an elite. Populism usually combines elements of the left and the right, opposing large business and financial interests but also frequently being hostile to established socialist and labour parties.”

YE TUMI ACADEMY ~ The Real Eve + The Incedible Human Journey (documentaries)

FOR MANY YEARS NOW, I BEGIN DAY 1 OF THE HISTORY COURSES I HAVE BEEN  FORTUNATE TO TEACH HISTORY AT
SANTA MONICA COLLEGE SINCE 2003,

IN AN ‘AFRIKAN WORLD CIVILIZATIONS’ COURSE AT CSU-DOMINGUEZ HILLS

UNFORTUNATELY, JUST FOR ONLY 5 WEEKS BEFORE I HAD AN ENDOCARDITIS-RELATED STROKE THAT ALMOST GOT ME.

It (the stroke) and the medicines gave me some  interesting dreams and  hallucinations occurred during my 2 1/2 days on my bedroom floor…[continued below]

….banging for help on my bed’s base with an iron that THANKFULLY was near enough to instinctly grab and bang with as I meekly called for help.  Thankfully, my calls ‘HELP, HELP, HELP!’ were not as meek as I thought and my neighbor finally heard me, to finish the real-life story of what I survived…

Back to the point, I even manager to screen a portion of “The Real Eve” a graduate course at a private university.
